I can ask a question someone can answer me
I am from Vietnam and I want to register for battery but I don't know how to do it yet
And where to become a member someone can show me better how to register

You have to join a WCF club in your country or in a country of your choice. As far as I know there are no WCF clubs in Vietnam yet. You can find a club online and ask if you could join the club. Then, once you are a member of the club, you apply for a cattery name via that club. Please read all the rules first, before you decide to join.
